The cottage sleeps up to 6 people :

DOGS: The cottage is fully carpeted and we have decided NOT to allow dogs (except assistance dogs).
SMOKING: The cottage is NON-SMOKING throughout.
We let for either a full week, a 4-night midweek stay (Monday pm to Friday am) or a 3-night weekend (Friday pm to Monday am).
To be sure that the availability is up to date, we use a single availability calendar held on our “Owners Direct” website.

Notes on prices
Per-night prices given are MAXIMUM prices for full occupancy (6 adults) short breaks. Prices are LOWER for smaller groups, longer stays, and late availability.
We normally let for a 4-night mid-week break (Monday 4pm to Friday 10am) or a 3-night weekend (Friday 4pm to Monday 10am). If you want something else please call/email.

Changeover day
Change over day normally Friday or Monday but if you want something else – send an email.
- If your booking crosses a price band, we will charge the average rate.
- We will confirm the price on replying to your enquiry.
Deposit
A deposit of 25% secures your booking. (The deposit is non-returnable but would be refunded if we managed to re-let after a cancellation.)
